Sheldon brings over 20 years of senior and executive leadership experience across energy, resources and industrial services environments. He holds an MBA (Finance) and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Throughout his career, Sheldon has led businesses through periods of growth, transformation and operational intensity. His experience spans strategy, operations and M&A, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams in asset-intensive environments while ensuring people feel supported and engaged.

As CEO for ANZ, Sheldon will focus on scaling OCU Group's regional platform through strategic growth, integration and people development, while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, wellbeing and operational excellence.
