OCU’s Graduate Assessment Centres commenced in February, with our Learning and Development team welcoming candidates at multiple locations across the UK.

Throughout January, our teams across the UK took part in Start Safe – Return to Work sessions, bringing colleagues together across sites, depots and offices to reinforce our shared commitment to safety, wellbeing and positive behaviours. The sessions provided an opportunity to reflect on lessons from the past year and focus on the priorities that will help keep our people, partners and communities safe throughout the year ahead.

For the fourth year running, OCU was proud to support Cash for Kids - Mission Christmas campaign, continuing our commitment to supporting the communities where we live and work. Mission Christmas helps ensure that children and young people experiencing hardship don’t wake up without a gift on Christmas Day - providing vital support to families at a time of year that can be challenging. This year, £1,450 was donated by OCU colleagues and suppliers, which OCU proudly topped up

The OCU Foundation held its second annual Charity Dinner on Friday 24 October at the Queens Hotel in Leeds, bringing together more than 300 colleagues, suppliers, partners and guests for an evening dedicated to community, charity and collective impact.
