He combines a commercial and operational background with hands-on transaction and integration experience across the UK, Australia, New Zealand and international markets.

Throughout his career, Sam has worked alongside founders, executives and investors to originate, structure and execute acquisitions, and to build the platforms needed to scale them. His experience spans building and leading high-performance teams, deal origination integration and post-deal value creation, with a focus on creating strategy that translates into commercial outcomes.

As International Growth Director, Sam’s focus is on scaling OCU Group's international operations through targeted acquisitions, organic growth initiatives and close alignment between international operating companies and the UK head office.
