Haley brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the energy, engineering, health and professional services sectors. She holds postgraduate qualifications in leadership and organisational change from RMIT University and is a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) and a Certified Human Synergistics Accredited Practitioner.

Throughout her career, Haley has led workforce strategy, organisational transformation and people functions across complex and geographically diverse businesses. Her experience includes supporting organisations through growth, integration and change by building high-performing cultures, strengthening leadership capability and aligning people strategy with business priorities. She has also partnered with Boards and Executive Leadership Teams to deliver workforce transformation across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

As CPO for ANZ, Haley will focus on shaping the people strategy to support OCU Group's growth across the region, building the leadership, culture and workforce capability required to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent while creating an environment where people and performance thrive together.
