Blake is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and brings extensive financial and commercial management expertise across the resources and heavy industry sectors.

Throughout his career, Blake has worked across large multinational and private-equity-backed organisations, combining practical, energetic leadership with hands-on financial stewardship. His experience includes navigating complex day-to-day finance operations, aligning financial management with corporate strategy, and driving measurable improvements in performance and governance.

As CFO for ANZ, Blake is focused on delivering pragmatic solutions that support growth and value creation, including leading finance transformation, budgeting and forecasting, and commercial negotiations.
