In 2025, OCU significantly expanded its international delivery capability in Australia and New Zealand through three strategic acquisitions: All Energy Contracting, Pilecom and Bam Bam.
All Energy Contracting (AEC), is a specialist in renewable energy and power infrastructure. Pilecom is a specialist provider of mechanical installation for energy infrastructure. Bam Bam specialise in ground engineering services for the energy market.
Together these businesses broaden OCU’s renewable energy and infrastructure delivery services across solar, wind, battery storage, geotechnical, and precision installation solutions, strengthening our ability to support clients across the full project lifecycle in the region.
OCU has delivered projects beyond the UK for nearly a decade, including work in Ireland and the Netherlands. This long standing experience has enabled us to develop an understanding of cross-border delivery and client support.
