OCU is delivering a full turnkey Fibre Network Delivery (FND) programme across the south region for Openreach, enabling full fibre connectivity across multiple exchange areas.


The project includes end-to-end delivery from survey through to commissioning, with an average of 34,000 homes connected per quarter. Works cover civils and civils avoidance, spine and

access network build, and full testing and commissioning.


The programme is delivered across numerous Passive Optical Network (PON) areas and local authority regions, requiring consistent performance, adaptability and close collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
