OCU teams delivered the piling and mechanical installation package for the 105MW Lancaster Solar Fam, located near the regional Victorian township of Lancaster.
The works included logistics management, survey activities, pile installation, tracker assembly and module installation across the site. Delivered using the Nextracker Horizon system, the project required close coordination with multiple contractors, careful logistics planning and adaptable construction methods to maintain programme performance and quality standards throughout delivery.
